  1. When talking with a Boars Head representative at the grocery store, he told me all Boars Head products are gluten free.

  2. Great list! My husband works with paramedics and ER doctors, he has been told that many children choke to death on hard boiled egg yolks. It is a good idea to cut them in half or fourths.

  3. My favorite lunch to go is GF crackers with a cheese stick and deli meat, and fruit or carrots on the side, and breakfast is always a big fruit smoothie with lots of plain Greek yogurt for protein. Easy and fairly inexpensive :)

  4. I really like your above list of lunch item. I am also like gluten-free foods because those foods are truly delicious and yummy. I am always try to serve those foods to my kids for his lunch box. He like those foods and it’s also help him for growing his health.
