We’re excited to let you know that the Gluten Free Allergen Free Expo is coming to the San Francisco Bay Area, the very place our business is based!
On the second weekend in February, the 9th and 10th, come on down to the Airport Marriott Hotel Waterfront in Burlingame from 10am-4pm for lots of gluten- and allergen-free fun!
In addition to more than 100 gluten- and allergen-free vendors, there will be lots of great Lifestyle and Cooking & Dining Out classes. These classes are free of charge with your vendor fair admission and will be interesting, educational and delivered by experts, personalities and bloggers from across the country.
Some of what you can expect on Saturday are The Science Behind GF Baking by Karen Morgan, Deglutenizing the Hidden Source of Contaminants by Naomi Poe and 3 Gluten-Free Recipes To Know By Heart by Mary Fran Wiley. On Sunday come back for Dr. Ilya’s Triad of Health, Kim Koeller’s How To Eat Out and Amy Fothergill’s Gluten Free/Dairy Free Breakfast and Brunch Dishes.
