Cybele Pascal, The Allergy-Friendly Cook, is a cookbook author who bakes delicious allergen-friendly cookies.The Triumph Dining team recently had the pleasure of trying some of Cybele’s Free-To-Eat vegan and gluten-free cookies!
Available in three tasty flavors, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chunk Brownie and Oatmeal Raisin, these cookies are baked in a dedicated gluten-free, allergen-friendly facility. They are also certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO).
In addition to no gluten getting anywhere near these cookies, Cybele’s are also free of the top 8 allergens (dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish) so they can be enjoyed by your and your family even if you need to avoid more than just gluten.
