Udi’s Gluten-Free | Triumph Dining Product Review

1730Udi’s is a fantastic company and I don’t think you’ll find many gluten-free folks who disagree. When you were first told you had celiac disease or gluten-intolerance, you probably imagined a future without breads, tortillas, pizza, cookies and muffins, to name just a few of the normally gluten-containing foods that many of us used to take for granted.

With companies like Udi’s however, gluten-free folks don’t need to live without. We can still enjoy peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, pizzas, burritos and other tasty treats!

Udi’s carries a wide variety of products including bagels, breads, rolls & buns, pizza crusts, tortillas, granola and granola bars. Snack wise, they offer a selection of cookies & brownies, chips, muffins and cinnamon rolls!

New products include fantastic cookies in three different flavors. Salted Caramel Cashew (these are amazing!!), Maple Pecan Chocolate Chip and Coconut Peanut Butter. Their other brand new product is their Ancient Grain Crisps, which also come in three flavors – Jalapeno Cheddar, Sea Salt and Aged Cheddar. The Jalapeno Cheddar are some of the most addictive crisps I’ve ever eaten. It’s REALLY hard not to devour the entire bag in one sitting. They are also a brilliant alternative to corn chips if you fancy a plate of chili nachos!

All of Udi’s gluten-free products are Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization.

  1. Yes i’m a fan of Udi’s! I have celiac disease and I discovered Udi’s products about a year ago. My favorite gf bread is Udi’s Ancient Grain Omega flax & fiber bread. YUM

  2. Yes, I’m a fan of Udi’s. I consume a good bit of their products on a regular basis.

    BUT, for sliced breads, I think those from Canyon Bakehouse are even better than Udi’s and are becoming more available around the country. These are the best breads that I know of. I haven’t tried other Canyon Bakehouse products and can’t make any additional comparisons.

    Triumph Dining might consider doing a review of Canyon Bakehouse products.

  3. I LOVE Udis products. The multigrain bread is great in the toaster oven with garlic butter. I love the cinnamon rolls, muffins, and bagels. Im grateful Udi products are light as heavy foods are difficult for me to digest.

  4. My husband and I love Udi’s Cinnamon Raisin Bread. The raisins really help to keep it moist. We are extremely grateful that it doesn’t contain any of the various types of cellulose that are in so many foods anymore. It actually causes more immediate concerns than the gluten so thank you thank you for no cellulose!
