Thumbs Cookies | Triumph Dining Product Review

ab3097291fc0f073d9e32d669a594c87I got a cute little box of these tiny round cookies called Thumbs in my Cuisine Cube this month. If you see them somewhere run away. These melt-in-your-mouth buttery buttons are too addicting! You can’t eat only a few. Good thing the box was small because it was gone in a flash!

The cookies are about the size of your thumb print and lightly dusted with cinnamon and sugar. They are not soft but they aren’t crisp and brittle either. Think of a tiny butter or sugar cookie.

These cookies are the family tradition of the maker. They are created from her mother’s signature cookie recipe that was always used for special occasions growing up in Minnesota. The cookies are made with all organic, straightforward ingredients including gluten-free flour, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.

There are other varieties but I highly recommend the classic.

You can sign up for a gluten free monthly Cuisine Cube and hope that they send these gems again or just go straight to their stock up section and order them specifically. Remember they are tiny so plan on eating a few … or the whole box like I did. Enjoy!

  1. It should be noted that these are made in a shared facility with their wheat-based cookies. They’re made with “separate utensils” but that isn’t nearly enough separation for someone with Celiac.
