San-J | Triumph Dining Product Review

file_6_3I use soy sauce a lot when cooking. When I was first diagnosed with celiac disease and discovered that most soy sauces contain wheat, I was worried that my favorite meals would never be the same again. San-J was the first company I came across who made gluten-free soy and I’ve been a big fan ever since. Their Gluten-Free Tamari Soy Sauce completes Sushi Sunday and their Sweet and Tangy Cooking Sauce allows me to make home-made sweet and sour chicken again! They have recently released a line of Japanese-style instant soups.

The soups come in two flavors – Gluten-Free White Miso and Gluten-Free Wakame -and are ready simply by adding boiling water. As with all of San J’s gluten-free products, this new line of soups is Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO). It’s another safe product that’s great for traveling and is quick and convenient!

If you haven’t had the chance to try any of San-J’s gluten-free products yet, you’re missing out! As well as their soy sauce, cooking sauces and soups, they also make gluten-free Asian salad dressings and gluten-free brown rice crackers. 1. I’ve been using San-J products for over a year now and cannot say enough great things about them. I am always watching for new GF products to incorporate into my cooking and San-J seems to be a few steps ahead of the rest.

I’ve never been disappointed and I’m looking forward to their next product release.
