  1. Hey Josh! No, unfortunately, I hadn’t seen your awards program. It looks awesome! I’m so psyched that you’re putting so much hard work and effort into getting the gluten-free community the information it wants and needs (I think we’ve all bought that $7 box of cookies, only to throw it away…).

As for clarification: We want to supplement the goal of informing gluten-free shoppers about which products are worth buying with the aim of letting brands and manufacturers know what the gluten-free community likes, wants, and needs. That way, not only do the buyers know what to spend their hard-earned money on, but the companies who make the products also get a bit of thanks. AND, hopefully, they’ll take a hint from the results of these awards and give the gluten-free community more of the delicious food it loves – and deserves!

I’m happy to provide more info if necessary! Feel free to post again or shoot me an email (laura-at-triumphdining.com).

  2. Hi Patricia,

The first batch of free dining cards will be sent out one week from today – that’s Monday, November 29th. Depending on your location, they should take fewer than 12 business days to arrive.

  3. Wow, I didn’t know there were so many options out there because there are very few where I am, though I have found a few that I love that you didn’t mention like Jule’s GF and Pamela’s.

I have seen more options in our local stores but I generally have to drive at least 45 minutes to find a good selection.

Can’t wait to see the results so I can add to my list and find some more wonderful choices.

  4. I fillled out the survey last week and never received an email about the free dining cards. I had noticed several other people seemed to have problems getting them as well. Can you please check into this for me. Thank you.

  5. Please check your spam filters for the email — we’ve had close to 2,000 people sign up successfully (very close to our 2,000 limit!). I just double-checked today — everything is working just as it should be. Alternatively, there might have been a typo in the email address you entered into the form.

  6. I have celiac disease and when I found out I couldn’t eat pretzels no more I was devistated.- I would rather have pretzels than a piece of pie!!!!!!When I discovered you make gluten free pretzels, I thought I’d died and went to heaven. I went to the Health Food Store last night and bought 3 bags. As a matter of fact, I’m having them for lunch, dipped in cheese.Other companies make them but they don’t compare to yours. I just want to thank you and let you know how great they are. I lived in PA and have been to your factory quite often. I now live in Ohio. Phyllis

  7. Anyone know why distilled vinegar is not gluten free?

Also, Silly Yak Bakery (a dedicated gluten free facility) in Madison WI makes awesome bakery goods from breads, rolls, scones, donuts, cookies, pie crusts, pies, pizzas and pizza crusts too. They even do mail order, check on line! YUMMM
