Has anyone heard of Saxon beer? I think it comes from Finland. We had it here in the States a while back just for a Celiac meeting, but can't get it here. Any ideas?

This is good site since it is difficult to find gluten free beer. In Finland there are a few: Kukko Pilsner, Kukko Lager and Kukko Dark by Laitilan Virvoitusjuomatehdas (www.laitilan.com) and one internationally owned Koff Light.
The Kukko beers are sold as regular beers and most people won't even notice or ever get to know that when selecting Kukko, they've drank gluten free beer.

I tried St. Peter's Sorgum beer - a british brew, a couple of weekends ago in a bar in Rehoboth Delaware. As gluten free beers go this was a good one. Comes in cool 1/2 liter green oval shaped bottle. I'll be asking my local beer store if they can get it in.

@ Gluten Free:

You can check out sites on gluten-free cosmetics and soaps, or you can just go to the "Our Favorite Links" site and check out what the other GF blogs are talking about.
