Thanks for your note; according to our Gluten Free Flour expert Brittany Angell; she believes that Almond Powder is how the Japanese refer to Almond Flour and that they are the same thing.

I purchased some sweet potato flour but I'm having a hard time finding out how much sweet potato flour (SPF) to mix with other gluten-free flours for baking. I can't use flour mixes with almond, soy, or corn because I'm allergic to them. I would really like to try baking with just the sweet potato flour but it lacks the protein that wheat flour has. Any suggestions of flour ratios?

Our grandson has autism. My daughter is putting him on the gluten free diet. He has a very limited diet. One of the foods he was having almost everyday is Ramen Noodles. Has anybody found a gluten free brand? Please email if you do. Thanks.
