		<description>wholefood store in wesrminister colo. has a frozen pizza crust that is great here in rapid city so. dak. we don&#039;t have that business , muffins in poppy seed , cranberry an others that are just great gluten free . help me find a way to enjoy these foods without going out of state our health food stores don&#039;t carry any of these .</description>

		<description>Hey Sarah, I soak chicken breasts in buttermilk for 10-15 minutes, then roll it in GF cornflakes (I use Nature&#039;s Path). Be sure to pulse the cornflakes in a food processor -- just until it&#039;s in small flakes, NOT powdered.  You can also add some dried herbs, salt, pepper, etc. for flavor.  Spray cornflake-covered chicken with some oil and pop in oven at 400 until ready. Yum!</description>

		<description>I love my recipe for oven-fried chicken! I used Gillians Gluten-free breadcrumbs (made from rice) when I first made the recipe but haven&#039;t found them in Portland since. I now use gluten-free waffles, toast and blend them, adding herbs and if you can do dairy, parmesan cheese. My boyfriend and his kids gave it two thumbs up, they didn&#039;t even know it was gluten-free. It&#039;s even good cold the next day!
