One thing I've noticed about gluten-free muffins is that they almost always hold up in the freezer really well. We make strawberry, pumpkin, blueberry and zuchinni muffins and pull them out as needed the day before we plan to eat them. This time of year calls for warm fabulous muffins, no doubt!

I love Karina's Pear Polenta Muffins - I linked to them today too. :) I have a yummy gluten-free blueberry banana muffin recipe on my blog that uses a little agave to sweeten them but most of the sweetness comes from banana and unsweetened apple juice. I took them to work - no one knew they were sugar & gluten free. In fact, they came back for seconds. Blueberry Banana Muffins
